Product information

Screen settings, photography and natural material variation may cause minor visual differences. Measurements should be reviewed carefully before ordering, especially for curtains and made-to-measure products. If a material error is identified, we may contact you to correct it before fulfilment.
Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted. We may verify payment, stock, delivery information or suspected fraud before acceptance. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will cancel the affected item and arrange an appropriate refund for any amount already paid.

Delivery
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and may be affected by stock, custom production, address accuracy, courier operations, public holidays or events beyond reasonable control. Custom and made-to-measure curtains
Custom orders are produced using the measurements, fabric, colour, heading style and other details approved by the customer. Please verify all details before production begins. After fabric cutting, stitching or production starts, changes or cancellations may not be possible. This does not affect remedies for products that are defective or materially different from the approved order.
Returns, exchanges and refunds
Eligibility, time limits, exclusions and refund processing are explained in our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable UAE law.
Accounts and communications
